To be registered you MUST Complete the Soap Box Derby Registration Form
Include a copy/photocopy of Racers Birth Certificate
Complete the Shirt Size Information Form
Complete Racers Personal information Form
Write out Registration Fee Check
Registration fee for the 2011 race is $50.00.
Mail all items (1,2,3,4, and 5) to:
