In addition to the winners, Soap Box Derby sponsor the Hopkinsville Kiwanis Club gave out a few other awards.

Tynesia McFadden, AUSA No. 107, in the stock division and Emily Robertson, Jesco Electric No. 205, in the super stock division, were given the “Hard Luck” award.

Zachary Hinton, Ruthann Ready No. 111, and Roger Waggoner, TGASK No. 202, got the “Smallest Driver” award.

Haydon Hollimon, Hopkinsville Electric Service No. 117, Landon Nightingale, Hopkinsville Fire Department No. 209, were given “Most Spirited Design,” and Dale Robertson, Jesco Electric No. 104, and Jacob Crossett, Patriot Chevrolet No. 213, were given “Most Original Design.”

“Best Decorated Car” went to Houston Grogan, Heritage Bank No. 219, and Jeffery Hensley, Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 224.
